Cancellation and Reschedule Guidelines
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy, A place in the class, has been reserved JUST FOR YOU; space is limited. We understand that situations beyond your control may arise, requiring you to reschedule a class. Please give at least 48-hour notice if you are unable to attend. A participant is given one opportunity to reschedule, and it must be rescheduled within 60 days (Provider Courses) of the original class date.
No refund will be given for cancellations on or after the day of the class. To cancel or reschedule a class, please call (562) 245-7336. Notification process if the class is canceled: Participants will be notified by email as quickly as possible. Refunds are not available for AHA Classes; Only School Course Credits. No Monetary Refund.
The Certified Nurse Assistant Program Refund Policy includes a full refund if the student requests a refund 1 week before the start of their registered class. No Refunds will be given once class starts on the first day. Please contact us if you have questions.
